How many of you have gone into Empower to do a training? Several people. I hope you are one of them. Empower offers you an amazing opportunity to do trainings online in the the comfort of your own home. How great is that with the winter months coming upon us? We presently have all but three caregivers signed in. If you are having trouble navigating the system, call or stop in. I will be happy to walk you through it. There seems to be a favorite training module several people have done, "Diet, it's not just for weight loss." Sounds interesting. I'll have to check it out. It's great to be in the age of technology where we have all this at our fingertips. Take advantage of it.
